Well according to Frederick, Tyron can bench between 600 and 700. I saw a video on Allen when he benched 700. Insane!

I remember watching Tyron at USC... His freshman year he was a backup and got mop up duty one game, first time I ever saw him... he was long arms with huge hands and feet lol... it was like when you see a puppy with huge paws and saw that dogs going to be huge... first thing I said was the guys going to be huge, if he can stay agile he will be a beast...

Pup is right, he came to Dallas as a 20 year old. Hard to believe he just turned 26 a couple of weeks back.
