You all know my dream here is that there is no stealing... :nono:

THAT SHIT ROCKED!!! I'm happy to still have Cal but I'm sad that Smitty got to keep Raines... :tsk:

So that was the reason behind the trade... once you stole Schmidt from me I didn't know what to do... so when Milk wanted Morgan I thought, I can get 4 3rd rounders for Joe... they were to be Raines, wasn't sure who the next, another player or a steal and steal Juan... Smitty took Raines, I was OTC so I picked the first 2 guys on my list and Juan... Smitty messed up my plan a little but mostly I wanted Juan... sorry for all the work but it was fun, especially when I thought 500 got me back... that was hilarious... :behindsofa:

That's aiming high, but he's damn good

He will have sustain greatness and win a title. Not thinking he does that in New York will Phil up top, but this guy just has something I see in his game like Dirk and he is better on defense than Dirk ever was IMO

I'd trade Melo for 1st round picks and build young around him

Would anyone give up a lot for Melo at this point?

His own GM had stated publicly what we've all known for years. He's a black hole on offense.

It's like Adrian Dantley with the Bad Boys, only the Knicks aren't good.

Not many but few will do desperate things to have a chance at winning a championship. The Lakers need a veteran lol

While I agree Porzingis is gonna be a great player I still believe the Wolves drafted the best player in the 2015 draft.

It makes more sense to a team like that.

One that isn't trying to win immediately. Not the whole thing anyway. Melo and Andre Drummond could put up some numbers and still lose in the first round.

Id watch.

But you guys think he'd bring multiple first rounders?

I agree. They were having that discussion yesterday actually on ESPN.
Porzingis or Towns?
Every guy took Porzingis but I think Towns is already forming into a superstar, give it 2 years or so.

Maybe a couple bench players and a 1st round but it seems like a young team like the Knicks would want more high draft picks.

Every guy took Porzingis, wow, i'm shocked. One guys plays in New York so they get to watch him live all the time and the other guy plays in Minnesota and they get to watch highlights...

Yeah, a couple young guys that could play in the rotation and a pick I could see a good market for NY.

You guys are prolly right on the multiple first rounders too.

I had to let that stew.
