Was Rob Johnson still eligible for this list..... I do find it funny that the number one guy on this list still has a job while others have been out of the league for years.

Ryan Leaf has to be #1...at least Jamarcus R. has attempted to turn things around. Ryan Leaf was an asshole from day one and never looked back, and now he is sitting in prison. He leaves the other nine in the dust.

As a Bears fan to see Kyle Ortons name up there and not Rex Grossman is very sickening haha.

Ehh... Rob Johnson wasn't that bad.
He was really bad. There was a stat about him that was something like for every 10* times he steps back for a pass he gets sacked.

*can't remember the number but it was awful

From Wikipedia:
For holding the NFL record for most sacks per passing attempt, Johnson earned the nickname "Robo-sack".[

Interesting stat, but I wouldn't put him down with the Joe Webbs, Jamarcus Russells, Chad Hutchinsons, Quincy Carters, Ray Lucas's, Ken Dorseys, JT O'Sullivans, Andrew Walters, Tim Couches of the world.

But the worst QB in NFL history (who had any significant playing time) has to be my 1999 bust pick: Akili Smith.

this...i don't really get it

Im still confused how Kyle Orton made the list and Rex Grossman didnt. From someone who has watched both of them play for the same team, Orton out shined Grossman EASILY.
