I think it's too early to put Gabbert on this list. He is the only one who hasn't had long enough to prove himsel. Many top QBs didn't even have a job or played in the NFL in their first few years in the NFL.

And why is Carr #1? It should be Leaf, then Russell.
Carr was thrown to the wolves. Starting for an expansion team that had no o-line and he was constantly running for his life.

He does not have a lot of starts under his belt (nor should he) but John Beck has to be among the worst QBs to ever play in the NFL. He made Rex Grossman look good.
