He did look good. The early K on Slater was unreal. 2 strikes on him and he threw a 95 MPH pitch on the inside corner when it left his hand but broke 6 inches inside getting him swinging. That was nice.

BTW, I heard one of the national baseball guys this morning say that Woo is the only starter in all of MLB to go 6+ in every start this season.

If true that's pretty crazy.

Ya I think they flashed that on the screen during his game. I only caught part of it so I didn't mention it, but I think that is what they were saying. Impressive.

They traded Brendan Ryan to Yanks at the end of the 2013 season.

Then trade Miller at the end of the 2015 season to Tampa and let Marte take over for a bit the next year.

Get your eras right! LOL! Ya I wondered who it could have been in Ichiro's time. Ya Cabrera of course was a bad trade. We traded him for a rental in Eduardo Perez. He batted .195 in 43 games for a -0.9 WAR. Cabrera played 15 seasons for a 30 WAR. He never actually played in Seattle.

It was in Ichiro’s time. Just before he went on his Diva phase that hurt the organization. Yeah he was traded before making his debut. I just remember watching (I think AS game) and they mentioned he was traded by the Mariners which I had no idea
