KNBR said friday....on halloween (not sure of the time, but probably 11 or noon).....and rain is in the forecast. Monday is too close to election day.

I don't think the scorer had a choice on the win. Affeldt was the pitcher of record when the go-ahead run was scored. No spite involved. I was actually surprised when I heard Bum was getting the win.

The only time the scorer has a choice is if the SP is the pitcher if record and he does not go 5. In that sutuation, he CANNOT get the win.

3 of the last 5 WS is most certainly is a "Dynasty".

A pleasure to see Bumgarner show (again) that he is the best post season/WS pitcher of all time. I don't think that is really debatable.

Condolences to Royals fans, but what a fucking amazing run it was!!

I thought it was a scorer's grey area. Usually the pitcher completing the 5th (with a lead) will be the pitcher of record, but there is some leeway there. (obviously). I think Bum should have gotten the win, but the save is pretty fucking cool too.
