You gotta like Blach's chances for a rotation spot next year, right? Kid will be 26 later this month. He has improved every year in the minors. Has nothing left to learn in Sacto. Awesome performance today. Kirk Reuter would be very proud.

Lol, yes I did. That was a great play. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take down any of the big prizes (I did win about 60 bucks, so I guess you could say Blach put me into the Black) but he definitely put me in striking distance so it was a fun ride. Why was no one in here telling me to take Pagan?

He almost certainly will be in spring training battling Cain for that spot. He makes the team either way. If Cain shows anything good he will get the starting slot but if he falters he probably becomes the long guy and Blach (or Suarez?) is the guy. But he's showing something for sure.

Good question. He obviously isn't doing much in the minors. Shows how no-hitters are weird, a lot of mediocre pitchers have them. But interestingly all (most?) the perfect games were pretty much very good pitchers.

Probably not the play in game(s). Maybe vs the Cubs. If we get that far and face the Dodgers oh yeah he's on the roster

We still will not face elimination today, no matter what happens. We have guaranteed ourselves AT WORST a game 163.

2010 was a weird year, in that the Giants did not play an elimination game the entire season.
