i forgot the exact game and situation but I think it was the 2000 playoffs series vs. the Mets.

I think he got a double (or pinch ran) but sliding into second, he tweaked his leg and just walked off the base..while the play was still going on. Didn't even call time and was tagged out while he limped around the infield.
