Of course Odor would start heating up at the worst possible time.
Good move re Garcia and happy to see what Demarcus can do
It is a year late with Odor, but then this isn't much of a year anyway.
Hope this isn't some more corporate speak.
I mentioned that as well at the trade deadline. Agree with you based upon what we are seeing in San Diego right now.So Elvis is going to be a super-utility player? Seriously?......Odor has been over discussed and equally skewered, and his role should be with another team, or enjoying the fruits-of-his-non-labors, along with a couple of ponies.........I'm never going to understand why Daniels pulled the trigger of signing this guy to big bucks when it was TOTALLY unwarranted. Not John's finest hour........Maybe the Rangers let the best GM roam out to SD eh?
Elvis was hitting before he had injury issues last year. IKF to me is better suited for 3b for now and when the time comes to where other guys on the farm are ready then that can be reevaluated.I think Elvis gets motivated and wins the job. I hate awarding people jobs in ST though. ST performances mean next to nothing.
Like to see IKF at 3rd, Tejeda at short and Solak at 2nd. And Calhoun at DH, Taveras in CF and Gallo in RF
