They just don’t have enough. Not sure why Doc sticks with zone as long as he did. It was either open 3s or a miss on a 3 and offensive rebounds. It’s stale. That’s what he did in the Toronto series. These guys are better in the half court than Toronto. And his team has struggled keeping teams off the offensive glass all year. Good game Heat. I thought if they were gonna get one it was tonight. I don’t understand why Bassey doesn’t get any run tonight. What does he think he’s gonna get out of Paul Milsap? Doc is stale. Jordan is a vet so he gets minutes. And because Embiid is hurt, he will be given a pass and he’ll add it to his resume he is ready to rattle off at press conferences. Dude is already interviewing for his next job.

Reed is young and wild but clearly better than Jordan at this point in their careers.

I think Reed was the plan but he showed why he shouldn’t be the plan. He fouls too much! That’s why Bassey had to be part of the plan.

Credit to Miami. Sixers haven’t shot well but a lot of that is Heat rotations being on point. Herro is electric and is instant offense. That’s why I really think you need to hunt him. They have nothing to stop him. Heat get even better when Lowry comes back. Inconsistent half court is the thing that got them a little bit tonight and Lowry helps settle that and make it more efficient.
