The Warriors haven't even played their best ball yet. Houston had to shoot damn near perfect from the field and Warriors hardly played a half of basketball and Houston was huffing and puffing out there
I can agree with this statement.

Game 3 and 4 will be routes. Mark my words. The Warriors haven't even played their best ball yet. Houston had to shoot damn near perfect from the field and Warriors hardly played a half of basketball and Houston was huffing and puffing out there

As Ive said before, Whether the Warriors win or lose is basically on them. They decide. The Rockets are going to be pretty damn miserably on Golden States HC with that crowd too. They will be all mentally out of rhythm

Damn near perfect from the field? No way. They were only 16-42 (38.1%) from downtown. Harden was 9-24 from the field & 3-15 from 3 pt. land. And it's not like the game was decided on the final shot.

I agree they were far from perfect, bit they did hit a lot of shots they can't exactly count on hitting consistently.

Tucker was 8-9 and Gordon hit a few heavily contested 3s in very key moments.

Agreed. That 1 win won't change the outcome of the series though. Houston will have to shoot outta their minds for the rest of the series to pull off the upset. G.S. just has too many weapons.

And so GS wasn't missing their shots in game 2??
They were thanks to a ferocious Houston defense that was in the face of every shooter and made Curry look foolish on defense and completely frustrated on offense.

That's because the Warriors were playing defense. If you want to use that logic, you could use the same with the Warriors for game 2. Klay and Steph shot like utter crap, and they were getting good looks.
Agreed, then inexplicably in game 2, the Warriors once again decided to take a day off. That works sometimes in the regular season but we saw the results last night of what happens when you try that against a quality opponent in the playoffs.

So I have a bet for you. If GS wins this series you give up posting here for at least 3 months. If Hou wins I will do the same. Deal?
See, somehow you got the idea that I care whether you post here or not; so what's in it for me?

Definition of sarcasm

Your statement was so accurate I wasn't sure but thanks for the heads up. But Don't be so spot on in your assessments next time you attempt sarcasm.

Golden ST was able to apply more defensive pressure on the Rockets in game 1 than they did in game 2..........If you remember correctly on several occasions in game 1 the Rockets had to force up bad shots just in order to beat the shot clock...........IN Game 2 it looked like they had 6 offensive guys out on the court like their was always a guy wide open waiting to take a shot.

The Rockets perimeter defense was non existent in game 1.....While GS shot for about 40% in game 1 they were passing up good shots for great shots.......Klay Thompson took about 15 - 3 PT shots in game 1 - most of which he had ample amount of time to set up.........In Game 2 The Warriors did not force the Rockets defense to collapse - they did not have wide open lanes and making life easier for the perimeter defenders - GS only shot 30% from 3 in game 2...

Also during the regular season the Rockets led the NBA in fast break points.......But in game 1 they only had 3....Yes only 3 fast break points........They looked to play with much more hustle and flow in game 2 - scoring 7 fast break buckets (14)

Both the Warriors and Rockets have played brilliant basketball in this series.......GS in game 1 and HOU in game 2.........

I have a hunch we see a much tighter game in 3......Possibly going down to the wire
Agreed on all. The Rockets came to play in game 2 and the Warriors did not.

There it is, and that's why its so frustrating to see them throw games away with their "days off".,

I said the rest of the series will play out like game 2????

Go back and read what I said and you and LAD get your feelings off your shoulders.

LAD so triggered rn he has no idea what he is talking about ... I'll wait a few hours for him to get himself together before I blow him up...
Probably not as dominating as game 2 but more games in the series will turn out like game two than won't. Thus my "Rockets in 7" prediction. If Curry can't get his head out of his ass then it could be six.

No one did last night plus the Warriors committed five turnovers in the first five minutes, seven in the first quarter. They looked oddly unprepared for the energy with which Houston played. The Rockets seized on it, taking the lead for good with 3:01 left in the first quarter. Houston built on that largesse, going up double digits in the second quarter. The Warriors committed 11 turnovers in the half, leading to 13 points for the Rockets. It was too much to overcome, as the Warriors never really threatened after halftime.

Great analysis. So you're saying the rockets got the lead, got a bigger lead, and then won the game. I didn't notice that when I was watching.

Oops. Meant to put quotes around that statement. Gives it more credibility and I can't take credit for that analysis. Came from an article I read. It was spot on though. Backs up my assessment of the dismal Warrior performance last night.

Who cares. So you're quoting a fluff piece. Kind of worse that you'd have to pass somebody else's soft commentary off as your own. Rockets did a great job of spreading the floor and killed the W's every time they tried to double on the drive. I hate CP3 but he broke down the W's defense. And Kerr's going to make adjustments.

Why you so mad??

Being mad and lashing out at everyone who is not a warrior is not very becoming of you.

Since it's to hard for you to scroll up and quote me ... I'll quote me.

I said.... RN the Warriors have the advantage... IFFF the Rockets win one out of the next two, the Rockets will have the advantage. Being the next two out of three will be in H-town.

I'm perfectly fine with sipping your home teams kool aid and getting your panties in a wad if someone does not have the same thoughts as you but you need to take the Warrior sun shades off for a second so you can think clearly.

Now, if they does not sound like where this series is atm... You need to check your basketball IQ.
