Something tells me if the false start is called and the Packers run on 3rd down forcing the Bucs a second timeout, the Bucs aren't driving down 80 or so plus yard with about a minute to go and getting a TD. Maybe a FG but 7 is highly unlikely if Green Bay punted.

The false start was on a converted 3rd down. Bucs could have had the ball earlier than they did.
