Still doesn't beat that Matt Holliday non-called obstruction on the double play back in July. (or was it June).
Which led to a grand total zero runs

Man i hope this sinks farrell. If he knew hes toast. If he truly didnt know its shows what a buffoon he is.
Thats gonna haunt them.Too bad the Dbacks have our manager.
What the hell? Most overrated athlete in Boston Red Sox history.
What did he ever do for Boston? How about the fact that they wouldn't have made the playoffs in 1998, 1999, or 2003 without Pedro, and 2004 would have been close.Whatever.
Sure he had some special regular season stats and some fun anecdotal successes like his 18K game in NY or getting pissed off when Gerald Williams charged the mound. But what did that ever do for Boston?
He didn't last 4 innings into his first playoff start in 99 before breaking down. He blew the ALCS in 2003 after doing everything he could to let Oakland take the Divisional round.
It wasn't until Curt Schilling came in and took ownership of that rotation did the Red Sox finally do what they were supposed to do in October.
Pedro might be the greatest #2 starter of all time. Fine. He was never an ace when Boston needed him to be.
Your takes are getting dumber and dumber. The Bruins are more popular than the Celtics here.Pro hockey is for people who can't fish.
Nobody likes pro hockey in New England anyway.
They won, but I don't blame you for not wanting to watch 19 innings of that.
I watched the 19th. Not on purpose, the one-year old was fussy and the wife is at the end of a 9-straight days of work stretch. She needed some sleep. Woke up to the baby crying, took him into the living room, noticed the game wasn't over, and figured I might as well just watch the rest of it.I'll admit I did stop watching but turned it back on in the bottom of the 9th and watched til the 10th then went to bed

It happens, he's a baby, gets cranky at night. No biggie. I'm used to it.Sorry your child was fussy but at least you got to see a Red Sox victory
