Last year Mookie was eventually, at some ppoint in his career, going to be the first 50-50 guy in MLB. That one has fallen by the wayside for now but if he gets a hot start in 2018, you will be hearing it again.

That's interesting. Since Pederson is stinking in the minors as well (.167 BA) the Dodgers are letting him stay there until Sept. 4th when the minor league season ends.

As much as I'd like the Dodgers to make a run at 116, this recent losing streak makes that damn near impossible. Then again, Kershaw does make his return today.
