I don't want to bestow this on Rodriguez because it's not fair, but he reminds me of middle-aged Cain. He's not blowing away guys with a 95+ fastball above the zone, instead using his fastball to set up his changeup. Then he throws a good 12-6 hammer for good measure. That's what Cainer was doing in the 2009-2013 era that made his so good
