Yeah I hate that primadonna prick Neymar as much as the next. But God damn if I didn’t enjoy 2 goals in the 90th plus to help me hit over 2.5

No chance PSG wins this btw.

You know it’s the age ole debate and by age ole, fuck if I know how old the debate is.
But for English teams, who one could argue have the more grueling league season. To play against your Bayerns and Serie As other teams who generally just destroy all the teams in their league and can rest players more are they more adept to win in the champions league?
But with like a PSG since the French league is clearly not up to the standard of Bundesliga or EPL when they do play in the tournament are they ready? Since they haven’t fully been tested all season?

Idk. I’m just bored, just a thought.
But I guess really with the champions league it’s going to be the same few teams each year really battling. Atalanta was an anomaly for this season.
But bayern, Juve, PSG, City, Madrid and Barca, the resurgence of Liverpool. These are the teams really battling each year.
It’s like oh cool Marseille is in, andddddd their gone.

I agree 100%. Their league schedule really screws them when they play teams that play good competition. There was an article about this two years ago after LFC beat them the first game in group stage. It highlighted how PSG and specifically Neymar wasnt being challenged. It was truthful as Ligue 1 is mostly garbage.

It does suck most of the final 8 will be huge clubs. But every now and then you’ll get an Ajax or a Monaco. I don’t see a smaller club ever touching that unless their young talent is unknown.

Yeah, The FA has never done the English teams any favors with scheduling. You've seen in the past where if their teams get far in the UCL, the Spanish, German and Italian FAs have moved cup games, etcaround to avoid congestion or their teams being tired, The FA sucks at that and seems to not give a shit.

So, question for everyone except @MrFlyingV since we know his answer already :D, of the teams left, who do you want to win it, and who do you think will win it?

Personally I'd like to see someone like Atletico win it, or even Lyon, but based on form, I think it will be Bayern.

I picked City at the beginning of the season and I'll stick with them. Bayern would be my second choice.

Who do I want to win? I don't particularly like any of the teams left. I guess I'll say Leipzig or City.

I signed up for DAZN (I hate streaming things) for a free month. Watched the game yesterday and today, will watch tomorrow.

It was a fucking rout today. Brilliant play by Davies on that one goal.

After today's game we now know who the number #1 keeper in Germany still is. Ter Stegen was his own enemy in some of the goals, but not all...but still. Is this Messi last game at Barca? I heard rumors he wants out.

That was a great game for about 20 mins before it turned into a rout. Strangely satisfying seeing a big club get thrashed like that.

cant really see Messi going anywhere else. Who could afford him?
