Funny you mention that, I just finished reading Citizen Soldiers and Band of Brothers, in both, many GIs at the time felt they had more in common with , and had a higher regard for regular German citizens than they did the French.

It is a glorious day for Bayern fans. Bundesliga, Pokal, UCL. The Treble!!! Lewandowski almost had one with Dortmund but denied by Bayern 7 years ago. Almost left for greener pastures.
