This is your boy Bruce Allen's rodeo not Gruden's. He's the first ass that needs kicking on down the road with his overly basic, simplistic ass.

If I had my way I'd fire Bruce and Manusky, hire a DC that I want, damn what Gruden thinks and believe it or not I give Gruden a two year extension.

That is basically a one year deal. If I'm Dan, I don't mind paying two coaches for one year if it came to that. Gruden deserves a shot with a healthy unit. He also deserves a shot with a QB that fits his system and philosophy.

We basically didn't have Crowder, Thompson, and Richardson for most of the year.

Oh, gotta fire the entire strength and conditioning team.

Everyone has to go on the training squad and strength and conditioning including the janitors who clean up the gym when they are done working out.

Its completely unacceptable how ravished by injuries this squad consistently is

The truly sad news is that the injuries to the janitorial staff has been completely underreported. There were three that are not doing their jobs because of these injuries.

Zeke, the mop and broom man broke his right hand and tore three ligaments in his left hand. He done for the rest of the year.

Kev, a good man who was responsible for maintaining lockers can't walk after hurting himself when the team hit the 6-3 mark during the season. He's been placed on the PUP list with an unknown expected return date.

Finally, there's ole' Tim, the always smiling, happy go lucky, laundry guy, who got married. Sudden depression led to the realization that his career is now over and his whereabouts are reported as unknown. His condition before disappearing and moments after marriage were thought to be life threatening.

I am a huge believer in universal balance ( an expansion on Newton's third law) where "freak" mishaps are merely responses to an out of balance situation. This team has not been a very honorable franchise for a long, long, time. We all rail against Snyder, but isn't he too, symptomatic of that imbalance? Can anyone honestly say that the historical misfortunes of this franchise, aren't directly tied to the bad juju* of its ownership?
