So in effect, we got two starters (Long and your boyfriend) and a very productive rotational player who has started for us. But again, as you have basically admitted, this is all just a quest for validation on your part.

But the evidence shows he was right about Moses to a large degree.

Morgan Moses is a damned good player and some of you were disagreeing with that assessment. Had he turned out to be Tyler Polumbus they would have been quick to throw it in Deans face. While Scherff is clearly a better player he was hardly the only one to solidify the OL, Moses filled a need that had been a problem position for years and did it very well. Now that the Redskins have determined that he is a good player worthy of a big deal some of you need to admit that your assessment of Moses was off base. But they just can't do it, mostly due to Dean's posting style.

they cant do it b/c they refuse to admit I was right about moses. Do you remember all the arguments about this guy. Doesnt this contract extension prove to them that they were wrong?

Dean, Most of us were/are not bashing moses. He has become a good player (not a star as you claim). What the vast majority of us object to is your incessant claim that this "proves" that Moses is a better player than Murphy and this somehow validates this. Its a stupid comparison and this offers no proof. All this says is that the team valued Moses and awarded him as such. This is no way is a statement on Murphy. Murphy has also been a good player for us (not a star) and was also a good pick.

RT. Good pay day for him however, it will cost much more to extend Shreff. Our line is coming together now and if we can add another LG the caliber of our RG we are in business. Add a dynamic back (Cook) to that and our offense will be difficult to stop.
