There are some movies from my youth that I'd like to see again, just to see how they hold up compared to my sketchy memories of them. I figure other people may have similar lists. A lot of these films may not be on DVD.

Here's some that come to mind:

Let's Kill Uncle (Burgess Meredith was the only actor in this movie whose name I can recall.)

Island of the Blue Dolphins

The 10,000 Fingers of Doctor Li
(or maybe it was Dr. Lau.)

The Lost World (not the Juraissic Park sequel, but the movie based on a novel by either Arthur Conan Doyle or H.G. Wells - I forget which one.)

Jack, the Giant Killer (the 1960's movie.)

Gulliver's Travels (the feature-length cartoon version.)

Anybody else?

I dont know the name, otherwise I would have watched it again, have not seen it since I was a kid. It was a Movie about a guy going over Vietnam to be a Drug Dealer but changed his mind when he got there. Dont remember much other than there was this Scene where a bunch of recruits thought Body Bags were Sleeping Bags (though this movie was Not a Comedy).

That is It. Thank a Lot Sir, you cannot know how long I was trying to remember that movie.
I never heard of it. I just used this new website that helps you find info you are looking for. I forget what the site was called, though...

Omar, the LOTR trilogy doesn't count. That was a major motion picture series! Only obscure, little-known, or little-watched movies apply to this thread.

But, the Berenstain Bears was a tv show, not a movie! If you want to include made-for-tv movies or made-for-cable movies, that's fine; but save the tv series for another thread, please.

He's a bit slow. You'll just have to excuse any of his comments.
