Prediction Friday...Too many questions

When I first posted my preseason, regular season predictions, I wrote that a Cleveland loss would open the door for a season sweep against Philadelphia. I also wrote that a win against Cleveland would lead to a split against the Eagles. Well, we got that win against the Browns and now with the first Eagles game just a couple of days away a lot has changed since those early predictions. The Eagles get my vote as the surprise team of the division, while our guys seem to, after 3 straight wins, appear to be that team that finds a way despite its' obvious deficiencies. At the end of this one, I belive that there will more unanswered questions than there are entering it, so I'm going to pull out the rarest prediction available.....24 -24 tie.

The questions as usual:

1. Who wins and final score?

2. Player(s) of the game?

3. Memorial moment, event or play that will have them buzzing at the water cooler on Monday?

I think the Eagles started off great and are a surprise. However, their QB is a rookie and will come back down to earth (the same holds true in Dallas). Now that there is tape out there, schemes can be developed to attack the rookie and confuse him. Consequently, for the first time all year, I am predicting a Skins win. I also think KC comes out of his shell this week and plays lights out. SO I am predicting a big skins win. Redskins 35 Philly 24.

Players of the game are KC and Jackson. They hook up twice for long scores. I also see 2 INTs by the defense, with Breeland coming back and having a big game with a pick 6 for the big play of the game.

Unfortunately I won't be able to see the game as I am off to Jamaica for the week! 20th Anniversary next week. Think I should tell my wife I will be gone?

I think this is the week where Washingtonians see what we have ... great crowd at Nationals Park, choking dogs. Caps lose opener, Redskins lose to Iggles. Carson Wentz is player of the game in a 7-10 win.

j_y, it all depends on whether you want to make it to 21. You can go all Griffin or all Cousins.

We have to jump on them first as we did with Cleveland. Pittsburgh got destroyed because of falling behind fast and pressing for quick scores. We cannot fall behind like we did with the Giants and expect the same outcome. If we can't get to Wentz then he'll get to us. We need (and I say this with a giggle) we need to stop the run. I think we see a game with both offenses moving up and down the field pretty much at well because I don't believe they can stop the run.

Gonna stay the score will be in the neighborhood of 27-24 with Skins at home winning this.

A late turnover by the player of the game Kerrigan will seal the deal to go along with his 3 and a half sacks with his memorable moment knocking Wentz out of the game in the second quarter.

Ryan Matthews is rushing at a 3.3 ypc average. Sproles could gash the run D though.

cmon skinsdad. the defense has been responsible for all of our wins this year. I don't like the Reed injury but they lose Johnson. IF RK, PS, or Tm cant produce a consistent pass rush then something is wrong.

Skins win 27-20 with Kerrigan getting 2 1/2 sacks with Wentz being out of the 2nd quarter.... didnt say how Wentz would be out of 2nd quarter... so not all bad.
