USC has potential as a team because they recruit well and have a good bit of talent.

If they reach that potential or not will remain to be seen. Alabama is the favorite for obvious reasons, but this game isn't a freebie by any means.

Really is a tough first game. USC is home, but that fanbase really isn't a rabid one. Alabama by 14

It's a neutral site game in Texas, I think USC is just homefield in terms of jerseys etc.

That's right, someone said USC had home field advantage on the first page, threw me off.

I said before, USC has some serious playmakers, especially at receiver if Adoree gets plenty of reps there. But it's just not enough against a complete team with Saban at the helm. It could be close throughout until Bama puts it away. 14-17 point win.
