Haven't seen it here, but elsewhere on social media -- lots of crying over the Heat matching the TJ offer but not being able to successfully negotiate with Wade.

I don't want to give up Winslow. Especially given that Westbrook will be a free agent next year. You have zero assurances that he'll resign. Also, no point in giving up anything for him.

The only way I am cool with a Winslow/Dragic for Westbrook/whoever deal would be if Westbrook signs an extension as part of that trade. No way I am cool with losing Winslow for half season rental.

He's not going to do that. It's already been stated that's why he's not signing his extension, so he can test free agency.

Pretty sure Rockets are keeping him.
He's actually on their summer league roster.

As far as the season, I think we'll be average, but fun to watch.
If they overachieve, great.
If not though, I'd prefer lottery over a bottom seed.

I personally don't like the rule change. It's strategy. It's essentially awarding incompetence. Particularly with Drummond and Jordan who are beyond terrible free throw shooters.
