They should be alright as this occurred quite a while ago. I have seen similar things occur in all types of businesses. It just undermines the need to have better security measures in place - both in terms of taking technical measures to secure the data & letting the staff know that they have to be take better precautions.

I truly do like the Pats and believe they only get all this shit is because they are winning. If it was the Browns none of this would be going on. Total BS that Brady is suspended. They lost a 1st rd pick that's enough.

While I agree the suspension is BS the number of former Pats assistants who have confirmed the cheating tells the story. One said somethng like "it was out of control".

is it moral to cheat or is it not ? that should be the question , whether it helped you are not is beside the point if your intent was to gain an advantage

if brady was involved in cheating he should own up to it and accept the consequences . if he didnt the he should fight it .

all i know is numerous athletes have denied wrong doing only later to be found out they werent telling the truth , some like lance armstrong hurt other peoples lives to carry on with their lies

so if there is some skepticism then that comes with the territory

Thats the beauty of it. Once you get there, even if one boss fires you... much like the Patriocheats Super Bowl titles... its already on the resume. So odds are you will find some other company willing to hire you. Because its not like your old boss can tell everyone you were an idiot without exposing himself and the company to liable. Welcome to the new world order.

Ritz... my wife has worked in HR for 25 years now. If you want to self identify thats on you. But if you say I was released due to downsizing, and the old company says we fired him for stealing... they get in trouble. The most the old company is allowed to say is, yes he worked here, and either he left of his own accord, or we released him. They arent even allowed to say WHY some one was released if they are contacted for a reference. No company worth its name wants to be named in a black listing case.
