You obviously don't know shit about baseball. If you bat flip.....throw the bat towards your own dugout.....don't show up the other team by throwing the bat towards them.....cause if you do, you end up getting your face punched so hard you see stars en shit.

Rangers aren't pussies cause they took care of business, Texas style. Beat down style.
LMFAO, okay whatever you say. Texas style, damn that's funny.

Nobody was saying that the slide was legal according to the new MLB rule, but it was not a dirty slide and Bautista was not trying to maim Odor.

up until 8 hours ago, you didn't even know what was legal or illegal. I know one thing, I know what a knockout punch looks like, as I've delivered several, and Bautista caught one to the melon.

Odor > Bautista

ranger fans gonna want odor to pummel khris davis next. whats bat flipping when he's shooting jumpers with his helmet.

that's different.

A. It was a walk off

B. He was celebrating with his teammates. If he had thrown his helmet at the Rangers dugout.....then yeah, time to go night night.

LOL, good thing Beltre held Bautista back, he would have put Odor in the hospital.

You mean that you're blind!! Nope doesn't hurt me one bit.

Nope.

Lockette is in front of him and gets knocked back towards the line of scrimmage.

If Butler beats him to the spot, that reaction is a physical impossibility.

Agree, the Rangers were pissed for the bat flip and threw at Bautista. Actually IMO, the slide was an excuse for Odor to hit Bautista. Odor was out of line and that is why MLB suspended him for 7 games.

lol, no way. Odor was just getting started. If anything, Beltre saved his life. If you hadn't noticed, Bautista didn't even TRY to get away from Beltre the whole time he was holding him upright. He knew he was about to get more of what he couldn't handle. Texas justice.

The thing is, when you try to disfigure, maim and potentially end someone's career......get used to getting knocked tha fuck out.

Bautista only got a one game suspension, so I don't think MLB thought he was trying to "maim and potentially end Odor's career".

Ford watch the video again. After Odor relayed the throw to first, Bautista reach back and touched 2nd base with his left hand. I agree with you that under the new MLB rule, it was an illegal slide, but by no means was it a "dirty slide". Bautista has just as much right to 2nd base as Odor. Bautista never left the base path before his slide. Odor was out of line and IMO should have received at least a 10 game suspension. Just my opinion.

I have watched it many times. I saw it live. I knew from the beginning that Smoak was out because the slide was illegal.

You very obviously do not know what you are talking about here, why do you keep trying? You said it wasn't illegal and wanted to hear the MLB say it was. The play was reviewed and Smoak was out...thus it was illegal.

There was NO "reach back and touch the base". That is physically impossible and did not happen. Stop being dense.

I don't have time for fiction.

he hits lockette early.

he runs him over from behind.

those are the facts.

How that isn't DPI is just a travesty.

Smaok is the guy who hit the ball, and was called out at first because of the illegal slide.
Okay as I said before according to the new MLB rules, the slide was illegal, but it was not a dirty slide.

Bautista is a prick for MANY reasons, the bat flip is one. The illegal slide where he was trying to take out Odor who had nothing to do with Bautista getting plunked was bullshit and Odor let him know that.

Okay as I said before according to the new MLB rules, the slide was illegal, but it was not a dirty slide.

actually earlier you were asking if the MLB said it was illegal. When I posted that about smoak, I was answering you.

It was illegal (per the MLB) and it was dirty (per Bautista, who said he was sending a message that he didn't like getting hit).

Am I now going to need to go get the quote of Bautista saying he intentionally went in late to send a message?
