I'm hoping DDJ gets sent down. But I don't want to see Stubbs get any of the ab which would have gone to Rua

I think Stubbs will purely be a pinch runner/defensive replacement/give Desmond the occasional day off in CF.

When did this happen? News to me as well.

Rangers' Phil Klein: Optioned to Triple-A Round Rock
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire
Phil Klein was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock on Friday, Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Anthony Ranaudo will come up to replace Klein, who gave up five runs in his last appearances to bring his ERA to 5.19. The 27-year-old Klein did post a 12:2 K:BB in his 8.2 frames with the big club, but it's hard to imagine him working into a prominent role in the Texas Rangers ' bullpen at any point this season.

Rangers' Anthony Ranaudo: Recalled from Triple-A
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire
Anthony Ranaudo was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock on Friday, Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

The right-hander was previously scheduled to start for Round Rock on Friday after missing time in April with a groin issue, but the organization has decided instead that he'd be better utilized in a long-relief role at the major league level. Phil Klein was optioned down to make room for Ranaudo on the big league roster.

All of a sudden we're making Pelfrey look like Darvish. 40 pitches the first 2 innings, 19 the next 2.

Moreland makes me nuts by refusing to do what he knows he does best. Hard for me to understand his thinking.

Well, it's not a blister. This is concerning already.

I ready for either Rua or Gallo to take over 1b next year.

Ranaudo is nothing more than a AAA. Don't know what they see in him.

Any sliver of momentum the Rangers picked up from Cole yesterday has been stopped by......... Another injury. This team is in a bad way right now. Fielder is a big black hole in the middle of the order, one of our most consistent pitchers might be seriously hurt, and Darvish isn't even back yet.
