Tell ya the truth SS, I always viewed Wade as a terrible head coach but a brilliant DC. He seemed way out of his element as a HC but as a DC he was totally in command. What I saw anyway. Glad we have him as our DC and Kubes as the captain right now.

One of the perception problems with the Oline is that the Broncos oversold how easy it would be to put one together to run the offense - just as they over sold how easy it would be for Manning to transition to the new offense. Therefore - as fans - our expectations were too high. This is the exact same reason why guys like Springstein have superstitions- they don't want to get their expectations up too high because the remember past disappointments. I feel for them.

They tried to over sell the defense too - but the D turned out even better than they fantasized.

you kind of hit on it mingo ....I think they went nuts(Staff) they themselves ..

You Don't add a O until you actually got the Base down ...This staff went all bonsai from day one .. that time was well used ... problem is they implemented 2 O's and know it shows .


What they should of done is stated with what worked with this team in the past and worked outwards ..

There was a solid base yo work with that had a part of this staff that madethis O explode in 2013 that is were this staff should of went .. instead they have a mess . they still can fix this there is plenty time .. but they should go to week one of 2013 and game plan around what worked starting out that year and then build out of there system ..

What we had from the start is a Team at 100 miles per hour on O ... What we really needed was a team starting out with basics in plays and when the excelled at basics ..then you expand...

What happened is we needed basics we got learning two systems and the OL that was green horns going what the _ _ _ _ ..... And In all fairness who can blame them

yep it does .. they are fine as a staff if they just start over . basics . that is the problem ..

It has a really good place to start with as a base . 2013 ...

They been going with 2014 the problem with that(No pulling Guard really bad year to base your O Off of but I am sure that is were this staff started !) is we have a wonderful pulling Guard that will keep all D's honest in what what they can do ...


in 2014 we made our team one Dimensional and team keyed into how we lost the SB add in we could no longer stretch out there D what so ever we were in trouble because we did not have a pulling Guard ..

To make this team run we need to Utilize the pulling Guard it seems way to easy I know but in all essence ,if you boil it down to were all things start to blow up it is rally not hard to fix this ..

Make the other side Cutch with what they are doing . We need basics .
