Oregon just isn't that good without Mariota. It's a reaction from OD like this that leads me to believe he only started watching CFB 10 years ago when Oregon started winning.

Mariota wasn't the only QB the last 10 to 15 years. Oregon has had some good luck with QBs and struck gold with MM. I remember when Bill Musgrave and Dan Fouts had been the best QBs Oregon had ever had.

It wasn't just Mariota for the last 10 years. It was a well executed system by Kelly.

Mariota was the difference in them making it to the NC last season tho. He executed the offense and that helped cover up the slide on defense after replacing the DC.

Not happening. Nebraska is likely stuck with Riley for at least 2 more years. They have to give him that.

I think it's too early to replace Helfrich as well. He should be given a chance to fix what ails them. If he chooses to put friends over program, that is a different story and he should be let go by the end of 2016 regular season if things don't improve.

Sorry that I thought my team coming off a national championship game, which returned just about everyone besides their QB, and had all their coaches return who won the PAC and went to a national championship was going to be a good team.

Who woulda fucking thought huh? Who would have guessed a team with so much talent, and getting the best FCS QB transfer was going to come out and drop a giant deuce? Oregon had lost 9 games over the course of about 7 years, and we have lost a quarter of that total this season alone.

I did not see this coming.
