I never said he was winning, just that he's hands down the best Offensive rookie on the Seahawks right now, and if (big if) he can return a few more kickoffs/punts for TD's plus add some on receiving he has the potential to get in the coversation for OROY. It also has a lot to do with what the other rookies do. If Mariota continues his pace it won't matter how good the other rookies look because he'll win. The NFL looooooooves QB's.
