Losses are harder to take when it's a no-talent scrub like Phegley who beats you.

Mitch is hurt once more, yet again in a season where he was showing real signs of promise. It feels as though we've read this story before.

I just realized we've lost 6 games this month by 1 run.

Offense finally scores a few runs, and the starting pitching isn't as good as it has been all year. The bullpen has too many guys that cant come in and throw strikes and get ahead in counts. They start out behind hitters and then they get hurt trying to get pitches over. Freeman has been the best pitcher out of the bullpen the last couple weeks and thats saying enough

Bannister is a piss poor liar, he was covering for MM in his post game comments and it was pretty easy to read

Hamilton is playing in Frisco tomorrow and will miss the turf in Toronto, and likely be back vs the Orioles in Baltimore

I'm not liking that Toronto series. Not at all.

I didnt know if they could sustain the starting pitching fortunes that they've had so far. The offense just doesnt hit often enough and w RISP to beat good pitching either.

They need Prince to get it going again and AB and Hamilton will have to start driving in runs when they are healthy and playing again for this team to start winning series again IMO

They were wondering on the post game show if Chi Chi's struggles had anything to do with him facing a team for the second time for the first time. That does make sense if you think about it. I just think sometimes guys have bad outings. Even the best of them. It is normal. It is also normal for younger guys to struggle more than they will later on after getting more experience.

Both Chi Chi and Joey will go through struggles at times until they get fully acclimated to the big leagues. Almost every player does. Better they do that this year than later on when we are a true contender. These struggles are normal and necessary.
