We get it Lebron is everywhere and it is 24/7 Lebron, but he is the best. I get sick of hearing about him eventually as well.
I just think sometimes the haters are more obsessed than his fans lol

But, that's the way it is for every great.

However, some fans act as if we are bashing their Mothers.

Not just Lebron fans...

And as far as defending, I have always been a Cavs fan but I have always been a Lebron fan. Used to watch him play in HS and I wasnt one of those Cavs fans that burned his jersey, threw a tantrum, etc. bc I understood why he chose to leave.
After this loss, I will try to defend him less bc it really doesnt matter. People have their own opinions and that's the way it is. I still hate MJ, but know he is the best.

It amazes me how jealous people can get over other's success. That is pretty much the root emotion of a "hater".

Yes.

If only LeBron never went to Miami to chicken shit out of his hometown to go win some rings with all-stars he would have a different legacy.

He also wouldnt have ANY titles, most likely. He would literally be the ultimate loser. If Bosh and Wade didnt want to come to Cleveland he would still have a bunch of no-namers around him and he would need to keep carrying the team.

Or go to Houston. Imagine the hatred the Rockets would generate. Howard (maybe as disliked as LeBron) Harden (bugs the shit out of me) Beasley (worse than Delledova) and LeBron?

BOOM!

They might get Lamarcus, if Dallas doesnt

Well, hating or Loving Lebron hasn't put any money in my pocket either way so whatever. I don't think its worth spending your energy on a guy who doesn't know who you are or care about you. There are many things far more important than Lebron James, but He does have a losing record in the finals in comparison to all of the other greats and like it or not there is going to be a lot of speculation over that losing record and why Lebron couldn't beat the Mavericks who simply won by shooting the lights out and no defense or the aging Spurs who couldn't run all that fast. Even one of the two wins was won by a miracle shot in the final two seconds of the game. I think that puts some doubt on the greatness of Lebron. Players like Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Jerry West, Shaq Oneal, Kobe Bryant found ways to get it done and they didn't make excuses about the lack of talent

Jerry West was 1-8 in Finals. Lebron isnt looking for excuses IMO. He said those things at the beginning of the season for a reason, but regardless his legacy isnt over and he still had a great run this year.

I think time is against him just a little now though - He is now 30 and he has peaked already and started to decline just a bit and I do not have faith in the ability of the owner in Cleveland to build a winning team fast for Lebron. I think Lebron had a better chance than that in Miami and he still would have been in the finals. In fact, I think leaving Miami will hurt his legacy a little, but not much. I guess time will tell

What would the NBA board look like if LeBron couldn't me mentioned or referenced in any post for 24 hours?

Who wants to find out?

Why do some of you care so much about whether or not others like Lebron?

I don't think some of you would defend your Mom's like you defend Lebron.

Well I would because there will be other Lebron's and Kobe. Great players are made by the time and circumstances, not the other way about it, but more important I only had one momma - and the last time some one smacked her, I was about 21 years old, in perfect health and considerably stronger than the 90 pound kid. I was about 160 solid as a rock and as a gardener very strong. I grabbed his neck with one hand and while choking the breath out of his puny little body - told him if he ever laid another hand on my mother - I would kill him. His brothers then started cursing and my mother asked to leave the event we were at. She said afterwards that she was afraid that I would take the puny little body of the brother and snap him like a twig. For some strange reason she wasn't worried about me - WTF was that:noidea:

More money..... Simple as that.... He wanted the money and said, can't win in Cleveland let's go to Miami. Now that he see's he can win in Cleveland he came back. That's my opinion on him... I think he is one hell of a player that's for sure but I don't like how he handles things like "where he plays." Yea, I get the "DECISION" was more ESPN then him but I just can't stand him.
