Yes he does. Cruz had one of the absolute worst injuries to have. I've read that nobody comes back the same after that sort of injury. I wouldn't bet against Cruz, but the odds aren't in his favor. Regardless, the Giants would be smart to ease Cruz back in with limited snaps. Randle will likely get the larger workload.
