Probably piss a few off with this, but it's a flippin' dog. An animal not much different than a cow only not as good a eatin'. I mean, fine him, hate him, but don't be much more hateful on him than you are the butcher that sold you the steaks you BBQ'd last week.

But it's not like it was a big dog or anything that you might have to defend yourself against. It was a frikin' Yorkie. I mean, look at this dog and tell me if it could hurt a thing.

If the guy purposely and in anger kicked the dog hard enough to kill it he should be out of the league and should be charged with a crime. There is no friggin way a Yorkie is a threat to him and as small they are you need to kick them hard to kill them...and thats assuming that's all he did.
