crude calculations, but if we take 2 of 3 the rest of year we end up with 99 wins. of course winning at a 67% clip is extremely tough to do, but that is the hole they have put themselves into.

Winning 2 out of 3 is great if you can build on it. This team hasn't won back to back series yet or shown they can play a good week of baseball.

Going to be a tough series against TB. They have some good pitchers going for them. Then we have a Cleveland team who is playing well right now. They have won 6 in a row.

Going 5-2 gets us back to .500. I don't see that being realistic. I would say best case for the M's would be going 4-3 to end the month. Hopefully Elias can give us a good start to open the series vs TB. M's gotta build on the momentum of a series win.
