that's why I generally don't put a lot of faith in teams that totally rely on draining 3s every game.

Last year it was pretty close and Oregon is hot right now. I wouldn't expect a blowout at all, in fact I think they keep it close most of the game with Wisconsin pulling away in the end just like last yr.

The "weak" Pac 12 is 7-0 in the dance with 3 teams in the Sweet 16.

We have the most efficient offense ever, led by a stacked frontcourt. They are #126 in defense, and are terrible at interior defense. Plus, Oregon is worse than last year* and we are better.

The only we lose is if there is a huge shooting gap. It's possible, especially with Young's ability to get hot from deep but also attack the basket. That side of the game scares me. But when we are on offense? We should be able to get 1.2 PPP or more.

*Our biggest problem is we only have one guard who is good at defense. Last year, Oregon had two insanely good shooters in Young and Calliste. Since we only have one Gasser, he couldn't cover both of them. This year, Oregon only has Young, so Gasser can lock him down.

So yeah, anything can happen in the tourney, but I think the matchup this year is much better. The only thing that changed for the worse is that we aren't in Milwaukee.

Very well said. Pretty much agree with all of that, I think Wisconsin is the much better team, but a team like Oregon is scary if they can get hot especially if you don't put them away right from the start. I wouldn't be shocked if it was a blowout in Wisconsin's favor, but I also wouldn't be surprised if it was a close game either. I don't think Oregon has enough offense to keep up with Wisky. Young dropped 29 on you last year and that still wasn't enough. Unless he goes for 30+ I don't see an upset happening.

If Wisconsin is as good as I believe they are, this will be a 20+ point blowout. They match up perfectly with Oregon, just like we do. We beat them by like 90 total points over three games, and I expect Wisconsin to do the same.
