Back in the day there were basic gyms, today there is so much more, cross fit,Core,pilates, machines etc. You think there were 340 OL men back int the day, as well as DL ,LB etc. They are bigger,stronger and faster

You are just proving my point. The guys of today have all that, supplements, cross training, steroids, etc. Give the players of the 70's and 80's the same advantages and they are every bit as good. It plays out in every sport. I'd take the 27 or 57 Yankees against any baseball team today, I'd take the original Dream Team to smash this generations Olympic team. The only sport skewered is football, because 90% of the league is on the sauce, plain and simple
