Yeah Buzz you're right.....that was pretty well hit by Elvis.

Who's everybody's favorite for the post season?
Wow you really wouldn't like Beruit Lebanon but they don't get in the play off's much.It pains me some, but the Dodgers have such a tough pitching staff. If I were putting money down, it would be on them. And I hate it.
Los Angles is one of my least favorite cities on God's planet.

Beltway series - Baltimore vs. Washington. Though I don't think Baltimore will make it that far.It pains me some, but the Dodgers have such a tough pitching staff. If I were putting money down, it would be on them. And I hate it.

I like the O's and wouldn't mind seeing them win it. But I swear, if Nelson Cruz makes a diving catch to seal the deal in the 9th inning of Game 7, I just might stop watching baseball altogether.
I doubt any decent manager would have Nelson still in the game at that point if they had the lead.
Do you guys see Gallo as an OF here when he comes up? I had read not too long after we drafted him that he would eventually move to RF? How do you guys see the OF by 2017? Is Choo still on the team by then?

I think it could depend on Profar. If Profar is done then we will need a 3B. I think he is better suited for RF or 1B.
Maybe. I'm still not convinced the team doesn't view his as a potential 3rd baseman for the future.
I know all about his "defensive liabilities" and all. But when a guy has such thunder in his bat as Gallo does, that allows for some, if not a lot, of "liabilities" with the glove/range, etc.
If he can produce what we think he can at the top level, and be average with the glove, for me, I'll take it.
After all, Beltre is mortal guys. He ain't gonna play at this level much longer.
We've got a lot of money and hope invested in Choo, and frankly, looking/guessing at 2017 is way beyond my feeble vision.
I want to make use of that arm.
The way Bogar talked about the line-up for next year it looks like he has EA in the 2 spot again. I really don't want to see it again next year.
What about Rua at 3B? He played a lot more 3B coming up through the system than he did the OF. Maybe either Gallo or Rua at 3B and the other in the OF?
I picked 2017 because I think that is probably when our window opens to return to the WS.
Yeah, I don't really care for that either.
