Team A and Team B agree to a trade ........There is a two day league vote

The trade was accepted Thursday morning, one of the players in the trade played thursday night......

So that means the whole trade is locked up once it clears league vote until the following tuesday.....

both teams can use the player involved in the deal for this week, and after the monday night game the trade processes........just like a normal league.......

The trade is officially "accepted" and passed vote on saturday.............

Sunday comes, and a key piece of the deal gets hurt........

The deal is done, accepted and pass vote

Should it be cancelled?

That's a really interesting scenario. My gut reaction is that the trade was agreed upon beforehand by both parties and should stand.

I agree. The trade was agreed to. It's like an as is sale.

If I were a member of the league, I'd hope to leave it up to the two teams involved to come to some sort of agreement. If they're both okay with nullifying the deal I wouldn't have a problem. But if they can't agree on that, the trade stands, period.

Then it is a non-issue if nobody has said anything. Let it go!

The only way this trade should be nullified is if both owners agree.

Happened to me once in a league with my friends. I was on the receiving end of the hurt player. Afterwards the other owner offered to trade the same players back - as if it never happened. I was grateful. However...

I would think that there is no right or wrong answer. A trade is a trade. Just like when you draft a player... it's like those Bud Light commercials...

Whatever happens.

And a lot of "whatever" has happened this season. And it's only week 2!!!

No way does it get nullified. The "voting period" is for votes, not injury mulligans.
