Missed on the score a bit and it wasn't exactly how I envisioned it, but we did see the Skins, both offensively and defensively, hit on all cylinders.

The car did have a new driver though, Cousins instead of Griff. Which I'm sure will be cause for the Cuz fanboys to puff out their chests and say "See, told ya."

Cuz did play a great game no doubt.

Rak was pretty quiet.............especially for a 10 sack game for the Skins.

RK was a beast.

Summary:
A 41-10 runaway and yet due to multiple injuries its hard to enjoy the game as I should or would. Sigh.

We get our first sustained look at what this offense can do hitting on all cylinders.

Griff has a huge game, most passing yards in a game for his career, 340+ yards/3 TDs, two of which will be huge plays. One will be a beaut of a bomb to Djax and Roberts turns another that's a hits him in stride 10-12 yard pass into a 40-50 yard TD with YAC. PG snags the 3rd one that's also a sweet pass play from within the red zone.

Alf has a big day with 23 carries/110-120 yards/2 goal line TDs.

Haslett breathes easy and very well for the first time in a while as the defense impresses as well.

RK sets the tone for the game with a big early on sack/for fum a DT recovers and leads to the Skins first TD.

Orakpo gets Skins fans to thinking maybe he's worth a gazillion dollars with a 2.5/3 sack game.

The secondary looks great all game long playing tight, aggressive coverage and coming up with 2 INTs.

We get our first points of the year from a kicker as Cobra is 5/5 on XPs and 1/1 FG.

Skins win 38-14 in a game that isn't that close.

2 major deals. Didn't see or envision the M.A.S.H. unit aspect of the game. Not that anyone ever can, but that was a gang of injuries. Griff is out for a while it appears. Lets hope everyone else is OK.

If I had to guess, RGIII is out for the year, and DJax is going to miss 5-6 games. The others look like they are more minor.

Hadn't seen that. I was figuring he had a broken collarbone or a separated shoulder, not a mild sprain.

Still, WR has to be our deepest position. Moss will be active next week, but Garcon, Roberts and Grant look to be solid enough... Aldrick can contribute also. We'll be fine there.
