Here's a summary BRS:

Bo has no idea what he's doing, so he hired the applicant with the worst resume because he's a stubborn asshat. There's no way we can win with high school coaches and GA's running the offense..

Without confirming or denying anything... here are some thoughts I have had regarding these rumors... LOL @ (Stirring the pot)!

Bo knows "D" and he has done a great job with it..

Typically, an "OC" is hired who has a specific trait, experience and wisdom on what type of "O" he wants to run.

This "OC" would then recruit to his strengths as well as hire asst coaches that he is comfortable with to insure the success of his "Off game plans".

I am not saying that what (If anything) they did is right or wrong, but looking ahead at what the next complaints may be... if things do not go well from the start.

Did Bo hire all these people because they have the mindset that he is comfortable with and because he knows they can all get along with his style of Head Coaching?

Or....

Did they hire these people by committee, because they all have what it takes to get us on track?

Either way... I will say this...

Bo... Now has "(HIS STAFF)". There are no leftovers from days gone wrong and there will be no excuses or scapegoats for non-productive issues.

It is now his to build to the highest point...(NCG) as well as his to become mediocre by the high standards that are expected of him...

The good news is... (If all is true with hiring info?....) is

we have shed the last of the Billy C days and we can look forward to joining the Big Ten with a refreshed mindset by all involved... (Fans and Coaches alike)....

It's time to get behind Bo 100% and not question the why's..... but to encourage our team to become what we all want it to be!

I have no concerns on defense and am excited about the offense

Seriuosly though, what are the dimensions of the right portion that we have left to finish? Maybe I'll see if I can get some help from the guy who made my avatar.....he's awesome with that kind of stuff and makes banners for Dbacks players all the time. I don't know how busy he is, but worth a shot....
