$200 limit, can keep up to 5 players for same salary

I've got Gio Bernarnd for $17 and Marshall for $37; Gio's projected to be worth $30+ and Marshall right at $37; keep them at that price?

That's a lot for Marshall, IMO. Good buy on Gio though.

If I'm reading it correctly. . You can keep Gio at 17 even though he's protected above 30, right?

That's a no brainer.

Like TKO said. .37 seems a bit high on Marshall

Yes, paid $17 last season for him, this season he's looking at around $30+; doesn't seem like people on here are too high on him though; Marshall is projected to go for $37 which is what I can keep him for

Next question since people seem to think about throwing Marshall back; only other position I'd really consider keeping is Seattle Def for $7? or Andy Dalton at $2 which I'm sure I can get again

i mean y not with dalton, he was big last year, and yeah keep seattles d

37 just seems high for an aging although beastly wr, with a young stud on his team......i dunno maybe im down on him, shouldnt be.......but think you could use that money elsewhere

I'm one of the ones who's not "high" on Gio, because I expect him to be only a little better than last year - but still definitely worth $17.

That's borderline for Marshall. I'd hold off.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders.

It still might be the going rate for Marshall. Flip a coin if you want to keep him.

The thing about auction drafts: sometimes desperation creates some strange bidding. Some may target specific players (overbid) and let other - less desirable - players slide (underbid). But as the draft progresses, and owners see they have a need at a certain position, so suddenly, the average players left have more value. And since players don't necessarily go up for auction like they may be ranked in a snake draft, it can be the perfect storm of chaos.

Definitely A huge part of the strategy in auction drafts. . Paying very close attention to who needs what when considering who to put in the auction block next.

I might pay $37 for Marshall in the auction, but I still say throw him back. Even if it costs you a couple extra bucks to acquire him (or someone comparable) the flexibility you get here is worth it.

SEA defense for $7? No thanks.

Dalton for $2 is fine, but I would certainly tr to get a better QB in the auction.

Seattle will almost certainly go for more than $7. They're probably still the DST I'd target, and last year only 6 other DSTs were within 70 points of them in typical scoring - which made them more valuable than any WR. And they, Graham and Gostkowski were the only positions where top ADP translated to top points. I haven't been paying a ton of attention to the details of their roster, and there may be SB hangover concerns, but I'd keep them.

And I'd definitely keep Dalton for $2.
