From what I've seen and heard so far.... The guys in the league office making the calls need to be fired. You can't overturn the original call unless it's clear indisputable evidence, but we've seen them do that to us several times this year already.

Rios was tagged clearly. The point of the photo is that Norris is clearly blocking the plate without the ball, and the throw gave him no cause to have his leg in front of the plate like that. He was there on purpose to block it.
