If Allen is truely to be the GM, I think Snyder should not be involved at all. If it turns out Snyder was the push factor then it will reflect badly on the team. This needs to be an Allen/Gruden call period. If they cant get it done, Dan still needs to stay out of it.

Dan is a business man. By all means, let him shmooze (sp??) Jackson as much as he wants. Take him to dinner. Take him to a Nat's game. Just leave the contract to Allen, and sign the the check.

The majority had him top 10, I didn't even vote in that category. I think as an owner, you see a rare talent and try to convince him your franchise is not worth leaving without a deal...I agree everything else is on the GM/coach

Vinny and Dan would have overpaid yesterday. The football decision should be left up to Allen/Gruden but Dan has to sign off on the amount and address any concerns he might have if he has any.

The team is now the responsibility of Allen and Gruden. If they don't perform they should be held responsible.
