The Ravens are defending Super Bowl champs. The Steelers haven't been a winning ballclub since they were Teblowed.

Exactly. Two assclown Steeler fans come into a thread that has nothing to do with the Steelers and start talking shit. I find that hilarious and respond as such, and then here come a couple jackass Bronco fans who take my comments (directed in defense towards someone else) and break them down word for word without understanding context.

A. The Ravens sucked this year cause they gave soooo much money to that mediocre QB they didn't have enough to keep some of their stars (see Boldin)

B. The Ravens front office dropped the ball last offseason. Plain and Simple

C. The Bengals are the team to beat in that division and it will be that way for at least 5 years.

I think it's even more hilarious that you get caught talking shit about Pittsburgh and then point fingers at us for coming into your thread to talk shit. And those Broncos fans called you on your shit, regardless of who it was originally meant for. And now you are stating a different argument so that it better "fits" your defense.

I never planned on posting anything in this thread until I read your comments about Pittsburgh being "irrelevant". My first comment was just an opinion, and never made any remarks about either team being better than the other, or me being butthurt for that matter. Then you take my comment, as a pitt fan, as completely out of context and turn it around to try and make me look like the jackass? Unless you aren't talking about me? You know as I well as I do that nothing was said about the Steelers until a Steelers fan came into this thread talking shit.

You can nitpick on the "defending" part, but I'm pretty sure you can understand where I was coming from with that comment (which again was only stated in defense of a Steelers' fan who was talking shit).

And I'm sure why could understand why I find it a little funny to mention the Ravens are "defending champs" at the end of a season in which they failed to make the playoffs. I mean come on, this isn't the first game of the season, the Ravens had their chance to defend their title and couldn't even make it to the playoffs.

If you truly want your life enlightened, I will certainly give you some advice. Don't butt into something that doesn't concern you. You also may want to work on your reading comprehension (specifically understanding context).

I saw that PIT fans were in here before me. Which is probably who you were directing your comments towards. It is very legitimate to say that your Donkey's haven't won anything since the 90's , so they are ancient history.
And while they have been through numerous qb's and HC's trying to be relevant in the now, they have done nothing but fail.....They finally have a chance to win something significant after 26+ yrs and a big mouth punk like you steps up to grand stand.....I am sure that if they lose and all the experts think they will lose, your little coward butt will mysteriously disappear....As all blowhards do.....

Well I hope Kubiak works out for you guys. Like Gooch said earlier, if they can just patch up their O-line then needless to say it should help out the entire offense. I'm sure there will be a slow start, as is with any new OC installing a new scheme.

Re-signing Monroe is priority #1. Upgrading Center is priority #2. Mack will be too expensive, but maybe they can get De La Puenta (otherwise draft a stud). Eric Winston loves Kubiak and is available, so he may be Oher's replacement.

I really want the Ravens to draft Mike Evans, but I don't think he falls past the Steelers (if he makes it that far). Somehow the Steelers had a better season (as pointed out on here) AND received the better draft pick. Go figure...

Well the "Tomlin incident" has yet to reach it's final punishment from the NFL... And I did hear that they were considering switching the Ravens and Steelers in the first round of the draft instead of taking away a late round pick. But not sure when that will get figured out, or maybe it already has? Plus I don't think the Steelers are going after a WR in the 1st since they have too many holes to fill on defense. I would love to see Evans in the 'Burgh though. We'll see come April though!

you should seriously worry a little less about fashioning new insults and just focus on finishing the 8th grade. I realize that's not fashionable in Ballymore but its important, especially those math classes....ask your mom

It was on Shanahan. Would have liked to see him here as QB coach. I understand an OC position is an OC position, but I still think it would be a mistake to go to Cleveland.

I don't agree with Gottlieb and think the fit is just fine, but I do understand where he's coming from. The bad fit in my opinion is Kubiak and Rice. Pierce much more resembles the type of RB Kubiak likes.
