Those two situations are only equal for someone with an agenda and boy do you have one.

There is no reason to whine about anything. SB40 is long gone and the fact it wasn't earned with dealt with years ago. As for who brings it up, I don't hear it brought up at all. That doesn't mean it isn't. Do you think I have ears in every bar/house/business in this state? I'm simply telling you it does not come up. Now, having said that you don't think if it ever was going to come up it would be the next time we reach the SB?

I know I haven't given it a second thought and if I actually saw a seahawk fan crying about it I'd tell them to shut up and get over it just like I do GB fans who cry over a game they didn't deserve to win that didn't end up costing them anything anyway.

Well to be fair it wasn't only Seattle fans complaining about the officials in that game. There were countless columns written by every major news outlet about it. It still gets referenced today as an a example of one of the worst officiated events all time and that includes boxing!

If you google worst officiated NFL game of all time you will get links to SBXL. That isn't because Seahawks fans built those links. It's because of the mass volume of media coverage the officiating got after that game.

I am not saying they stuff the box. They won't be able to is my point. Manning is the absolute master at calling the right play for what the defense is giving him.

Seattle typically will rush 4, occasionally 5 and drop at least 6-7 into coverage pressing the WR at the line of scrimmage and depending on the down and situation play a 3 deep zone with a rover or play a mix of zone coverage and man on one side (Probably Sherrnan).

If no one is open on his first 3 reads, Manning will check down to a RB or TE and with only 4 rushing there will be running lanes open. Moreno has been deadly doing this. An easy 6-10 yards.


They will run bunch formations and crossing routes and that will also open up running lanes and play-action will be a good call or audible into a run if the defense shows deep zone coverage.

Ok, you have Sunday ticket and have watched Seattle play. If correct, you know more about the Seahawks than I do of the Bronco's.
With that in mind, yes we will play press coverage on most downs. ET on top and Kam will roam, playing closer to the LOS. We will sometimes drop a down lineman into a short zone and often blitz Wagner or Irvin who are both quick.
You know that the Seahawks D consists of ferocious hitters. You've seen Kam blow up crossing routes and you've seen both CB's and LB's blow up screens better than any other D. They are very stout against the run. Throwing the deep ball is risky against Seattle.
I think Denver will be forced to play the middle of the field due to a lack of being able to run effectively and avoiding the deep ball unless open. If that is the case, by the second half I expect Denver's WR's to exhibit short arm syndrome similar to what you saw with Whitten, Crabtree, Boldin and a few others.
Throwing in that Seattle is very balanced and considering the ST's game, you should be able to understand our confidence.
Having Percy on the field should opens things up for other aspects as well.
