Who should Colts fans be rooting for in Chargers-Bengals game?

If Bengals win, Colts head to 1st seed Denver and have no shot at home-field advantage in AFC Championship Game.

I say they want to stay out of the New England area. Not because I think the Patriots are a lot better than the Broncos, but it seems like the New England area is going to have a lot worse weather here in the next few weeks. I do think they have a better shot at beating Denver as well.

So I say they want the Bengals to win.

They want to play NE. The patriots are a very beatable team, their defense is what will prevent them from going to the super bowl. I dont see the chargers beating the bengals though. Cincy wins at home and is a much better team.

As far as Colts rooting around the SportsHoopla, I guess there won't be much. Anyone else notice that the last post at their board was on Christmas Eve?! Cripes, they won a freakin' playoff game last night.

Oh, and guys, try not to mention the cold weather and Peyton's play in it. The Broncs fans get pretty touchy about that kind of stuff!

It was a great experience for Luck and the other second year players. Not often you get to shoot yourself in the foot four times and come away with win. More importantly, they play again next week and get to add to the body of experience. Normally, you have to pay your dues and experience some playoff adversity along the way to building a champion. Every game is a stepping stone as well as an opportunity.

The odds of the Colts hosting the AFC championship are pretty slim.

Chargers would have to beat Cincinnati and Denver on the road and the Colts would have to beat NE.

i've only been here a couple of months but i'm surprised at how many members here speak in absolutes, especially considering the playoffs, where the last several years have shown us that anything can happen and DOES happen on a regular basis. i won't count out any scenario in the nfl playoffs.
