Would you remember that Seattle had a 17 point lead if they settle for 3 and New Orleans drive down for another TD to make it 20-14? A 17 point 1st quarter lead is like a 20 point lead in the NBA after 1.

Normally I would be against comparing the 2 sports but this might actually be the case if you have a franchise QB. This isnt the case for teams without a franchise QB

Well our 2nd and 3rd corner is out. I mean don't get me wrong I'm not saying the Saints don't have injuries, but one corner going down does not result in this.

It's called being honest. If the defense wasn't playing like the 2012 defense I would be more hopeful of a comeback. They can't allow Seattle to score a point in the 3rd quarter and they must score 2 Tds in that 3rd to make it a 27-21 game going to the 4th. If they're down 2 tds or more going to the 4th they won't stand a chance

That is true, but I'd be extremely disappointed if there is a let down by this defense in the second half.
