I just have an aversion to take-home exams that entail two 3.5-page papers to be completed in two days after already turning in a 6-page paper on Monday and taking an in-class exam on Wednesday. It just feels like overkill.

Why types of beer, though? Anything good?

Gahd I hate stupid Pens fans. Once again...has there been a soft goal? If the Pens lose this game you simply look at the PP/PK numbers (gave way too many PPs up to this point) and our goals. 2 is RARELY enough.

The 3rd goal is border line soft... I expect championship caliber goalies to stop short side shots... is that me being hard on him, sure. Yes it was a good shot, needed to be a better save.

3-3 Geno with great forecheck and puck control... Sid buries the rebound...

2 goals is not unheard of in the playoffs... Pens need to find ways to win low scoring games... one way is for the goalie to make big timely saves.

Overall, Fleury is playing well... this is me being critical of the guy.

My long paper's still upcoming. It could be anywhere from 25 to 75 pages, depending on how much data I get and how many different experiments I conduct, as well as the range of paper research I do. I would just have rather been working on that (because I care about it) than a take-home exam, since my first draft of my intro is due on Monday.

And I like Oktoberfest and Magic Hat. Pity they've run out. But at least you're not drinking Natty.

Just in general though...I hate that it's a penalty. If a guy obviously clears the puck to get a break, then yeah, delay of game...but when a guy just misses the glass? I think it's dumb. Just me though...
