ESPN currently has Notre Dame slated against Florida State in the Orange Bowl.
We actually can beat Stanford. Stanford offense is not some explosive offense. If we can play smart football on offense it can be done

I find that kinda comical ... jus sayin. Gotta link to that, Poe?
College Football - The latest projected matchups for all five BCS bowls - ESPN
That is the smaller article that Edwards projects them in the Orange bowl, in the larger projections he has Wisconsin but I'm not sure how current that one is.
They also mentioned Notre Dame could be ranked in the top 14 even with 3 losses, would be tough but I guess it depends on what Michigan, Oklahoma and Stanford do the rest of the way.
They are almost ranked now and several ranked teams in the back half of the top 25 could easily lose this weekend putting Notre Dame in the top 25. With a win against Stanford, Notre Dame would get ranked in the top 15 by then if they were undefeated. It wouldn't hurt if Oklahoma and Michigan do well the rest of the year as well as Arizona State.
wow! lot of 'ifs' in this post.![]()
