It's the reality of this league, Merriweather is absolutely correct too, more players will suffer career ending knee injuries because of the new rules...

Their career is at risk every play, but if they are playing the Vikings and he takes a cheap shot at someone's knee and takes them out, you'd better believe someone will return the favor. Meriweather is like an American League pitcher, it's easy to bean someone when you don't have to bat yourself. But you are setting your best teammates up for retaliation

i need to watch what he said but he is saying what is true . throw out the marshall BS but the NFL is forcing guys to hit people in the legs hence knee injuries happen , so is merriweather wrong ?

but again , i need to watch what he said on video and not on tweets
